This website is operated by BBFarm S.P.R.L., the holding entity for TERRA, a private estate
located in Campanet, Serra de Tramuntana, Mallorca, Spain. Our website address is:

WHAT DATA WE COLLECT

Currently, this website collects only the following personal data:

• Email address: when you voluntarily submit your email address through our « Notify Me »
  sign-up form, to be informed about the opening of the estate.
• Consent record: the date and time you accepted to receive communications from us, along
  with your consent status.

We do not currently collect payment information, physical addresses, or any other personal
data through this website.

WHY WE COLLECT IT AND OUR LEGAL BASIS

We process your email address on the basis of your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR /
UK GDPR), given when you tick the consent checkbox and submit the sign-up form. We use this
data solely to send you occasional updates about TERRA, including news and the official
opening date. We do not use your data for any other purpose, and we do not sell or share it
with third parties for marketing purposes.

HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA

We retain your email address for as long as you remain subscribed. You may withdraw your
consent and request deletion of your data at any time (see « Your Rights » below).

COOKIES

This website may use a small number of technical cookies necessary for its basic functioning
